Informed medical care for the entire autism community

No human being can reach their potential without basic health and wellness. The Autism Knowledge Gateway (AKG) is unifying the entire autism community around a fundamental need – better basic healthcare for autistic people. Through an AI-driven technology hub, AKG is putting peer-reviewed medical research at the center of autism care, ensuring more timely and effective treatment of autism’s many comorbidities. Learn more about our mission.

THE PROBLEM WE SOLVE

Medical professionals and parents need access to peer-reviewed research and medically proven interventions for autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and being armed with this information will empower the delivery of effective and informed medical care to people living with ASD.

The Autism Knowledge Gateway (AKG) is a centralized AI-enabled library and collaboration hub for autism research and resources that is readily available to parents and medical professionals of all specialties.

95% of autistic people have at least one comorbid health condition.

Only 13% of surveyed providers feel equipped with the necessary tools and resources.

ASD individuals seem to be at higher risk of death due to injury.

Healthcare spending is 6-11 times higher than non-autistic peers.
